Redneck Rivera

Oh yes!! We are heading out for vacation soon to the Redneck Riviera, better known as Destin Fl. That's where everyone here in the South goes on vacation. The girls are really really looking forward to it. My mom is going and I think we are taking one of our nieces that is the same age as my middle daughters age. We didn't go on a family vacation last year due to buying the mega house and moving back here from Maryland. I can't wait. We decided this year instead of getting a condo we are gonna stay in a resort, that way everything is taken care of for us. We will be on the beach and the kids get their own room with bunk beds, they are super excited about this one. To them bunk beds are like the coolest thing ever. I'm super excited that my mom is going and we get to have an "adult night". Woohoo! The thing that kinds stinks is that we are going so early in the season and it may be a bit chilly to be in the water, but hey we can play in the sand and swim in the indoor pool. I'm really really NOT excited about puttin my thunder thighs out there for everyone to see. UGH, can't we go back to the day of 1920 bathing suites?? Ya know the ones that went below you knee. That would be awesome and make me feel better about myself. Anywhooooo, so I'm so excited to take pic and we are gonna do the cheesy pic of us in white polos and khaki short/Capri's with the kids in white dress in front of the white sand dunes. It will be awesome as a Christmas card that says suck it losers we went on vacation what did you do?? Or I may get a cute as crud pic of the girls building a sand castle and stick that on a card that says something like don't you wish your kids were as cute as mine Merry Chistmas. In my real life I'm mean, hahaha. Now lets just hope we don't burn.
