Craft Slump

I will start this post on a happy woohoo note! It's Saturday and that means getting toasty with the ladies! We will be hitting our regular spot, the Saucer and eating stinky cheese and good beer, whoohoooooo! And before said silliness, I will be out shopping for carpi's, makeup and jewelery!

My 6 year old has learned how to make the baby really laugh and she thinks it the best thing in the world. She spends most of her free time trying to get her to really laugh hard. So the other day she asked me "Momma, why does it make me feel so good inside to hear Georgia laugh". I tell ya my heart melted!! That was one of the sweetest thing ever to come out of a child's mouth! Then 4 year old sister said, "Ugh, would you please stop messing with the baby and play with me". Nice hu. I guess there will always be some tension between #2 and #3. I hope they become great friends as time goes on.

And now the whining.

I have been in a craft slump. I don't know what to do about it either. I guess I just need to hop back on that horse and ride?? I want to finish my smocked bishop for the baby, do the kids silhouette (which I have all the supplies for), I want to sew dresses for all my girls and a friend's little girl, make hair bows and monogrammed button ponytail holders, a monogrammed travel coffee mug. I also want to try my hand at painted Dr. Scholes shoes. BUT finding the time is almost a joke for me. I wish I could just put my finger together and stop time so I could finish a project without needing to stop 8 hundred million zillion times to help a kid, or a wipe a kid butt, or fix lunch and the list goes on and on and on!!

On another whiney note. What the Heck man! We opened our pool and it got cold! I mean like wow, you better put on jeans and grab a jacket cold! It's freakin mid May!!

Oh and what the heck man!! They killed my hot Warrick on CSI! UGH, I loved him, now I have to get used to another person on there. Oh will as long as it's not Nick Stokes!! Oh man I loves me some George Eads!!
