I hope you are feeling better. My throat has been sore for a week (my son's class was exposed to strep, hand-foot-and-mouth, and the croup) but the Wacko Jacko MD I saw at urgent care told me it was allergies. WTF? So I refused his diagnosis and beefed up my symptons until he gave me a Rx for amoxicillin. Funny, after taking the amoxicillin for a few days I feel much better.
