Sunday: Panko parmesan crusted chicken breasts, roasted potatoes and brussels sprouts
Monday: Grilled Firecracker Chicken, grilled veggies and rice
Tuesday: Turkey Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas
Wednesday: Mexican chicken casserole
Thursday: Ham steaks, baked sweet potatoes and asparagus
Friday: Grilled lemon chicken, couscous, tomato cucumber salad with tzatziki sauce and grilled pitas
Saturday: Daddy's night in with the girls (I go out with my friends every Saturday)

Sounds yummy! I'll have to start trading menu ideas with you again, because I have been in a big rut. I have a great way of cooking brussel sprouts if you are interested....just cut them in half, toss them with olive oil, salt and pepper and put them flat side down on a baking sheet. Roast them at 400 (or 425, I'll have to check) for about 20 minutes. They are sooo good that way!
I LOVE roasted brussel sprouts. Ed likes them just plain jane style. Boiled with butter and s&p. Boring!
